Hi

Are you certain that you are using the Primary Channel?

Is the BIOS pointing at the Correct Device?

Is the Boot Manager looking for the Correct Drive.

BIOS Boot One.pngF5/F6 may re-arrrange the sequence.BIOS Boot2 .jpg

You can see my BIOS boot order and my Boot Mnager looks for:-

ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB   --   Manufacturer Seagate

So what do you have?

Hello, thanks for your reply.
currently, i disabled my UEFI boot, so i'm using Legacy boot.
but, this is my earlier boot sequences:
not much option to customizenot much option to customize

i just bought this PC, 3 of them. This "hard disk error 3f3" appear since day 1, the other computers doesn't have this problem.

Hi

I see    UEFI Boot Sources

and a >  predceding it, and is it a drop down option.

However have a Secure Boot HDD and then selecting Legacy will cause the disk to fail.

there is no dropdown option, just a simple cursor that only moves up and down. The only option available is F5, F10,ESC.

the PC comes with UEFI configuration as default (and secure boot enabled), then i try reinstall win 10 with legacy setting (UEFI Boot and secure boot disbled), the "hard disk error 3F3" still appear.
So far the working solution is when:

- i remove the hdd

- then the error 3f3 appear, chose F2 to continue,

- then another error says there is no bootable device

- turn off the pc

- install the hdd

- boot the pc

the boot will run without problem, but when i shut down the computer, then turn it on again, the error 3F3 appear again (sometimes when the power cord pulled, sometimes when the power cord still plugged), the i repeat the "remove-install hdd" procedure again.
