Hi @MNR4,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Typically, error codes like these indicate an issue with the hard drive in your HP All-In-One 24-F. The error code may correspond to a particular type of problem or failure that the system has detected during its self-diagnostic process.

Here are some general steps you can take to troubleshoot and gather more information.

  • Backup Important Data: If you haven't already, make sure to back up any important data on your hard drive. If the hard drive is failing, you may want to retrieve your important files before taking further action.
  • Check HP Documentation: Consult your HP All-In-One's user manual or documentation for information on error codes. The manual may provide specific guidance on what the error code means and what steps you can take to address the issue.
  • HP Diagnostics: HP often includes built-in diagnostics tools that can help identify hardware issues. You can usually access these tools during the boot process. Refer to your user manual or HP's support website for instructions on running hardware diagnostics.
  • Replace the Hard Drive: If the hard drive is indeed failing, you might need to consider replacing it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
