Hard Drive Failure

HP Pavilion 23 AIO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went to turn on my system, and it displayed not boot drive.  I ran the HP diagnostics, and the hard drive test comes back with U4P3G1-00090F-PXPB0K-60XV03.  Does anyone know what this code means?

Yes, that's the error.  It just tells me to contact HP support for further assistance but when I went to check on support it tells me to post in the forum.  I'm not sure if this is telling me that my hard drive is "toast" or what the problem might be.  I was hoping technical support would have further information based on the code.

Hi,

Contact HP Support.  If you get the brush off then I'll ask HP to escalate your issue.
