I have run a test on all systems and everything passed except the System(E). System(E) failed with ID# Q081WM-7SWAT6-WPTWLK-60T903.
Is there any explanation for this code on HP site or HP Tech support?

Hi:
Unfortunately, the failure codes provide very little useful information and spend most of their energy generating your PC's serial number.
Here is the report, minus your PC's serial number.

If you can't get into Windows, you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below,

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
