Hard driver light on a few seconds the off- PC idle

What I did and following Scenario:

  1. Hit key <Ctrl> + <F1> right after starting PC. See a black screen with lines white letters. The last line start with “BIOS “. But very short time, the screen became black. The PC idle.
  2. I pulled out the power cable. Plug in the power cable to PC. Restarted PC.  Hit key <Ctrl> + <F1> right after starting PC. I headed several beeper sound. The PC idle.
  3. I opened the BOX pulled out the COMS control jumper. Put back it. Restart PC. The hard drive light tuned on about 10 – 20 second, then turned off, PC idle.
  4. I toke off battle for more than 60 seconds and put back. Restarted PC. The hard drive light tuned on about 10 – 20 second, then turned off, PC idle.
  5. I pulled out each memory bar (tow memory bars in mother board), turned on PC. The hard drive light tuned on about 10 – 20 second, then turned off, PC idle.
  6. I pulled all memory bars, turned on PC. The hard drive light tuned on about 10 – 20 second, then turned off, PC idle.
  7. Intend reset BIOS fail
