Product: HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC (5KF24AV)

Hello. I am not able to start my HP pavilion. When trying to plug in and turn on the screen stays black at it beeps loud 7 times. First 3 short beeps and then 4 short beeps. The powers button blinks white each time
