Hello, I have a problem with the fact that my laptop turns off after a while and when I turn it on, a message pops up saying that hibernation has occurred, I quote: (THernal shutdown occurred
The BIOS has detected that your notebook has been put into sleep mode or turned off to prevent overheating. The system is now working normally.
Overheating can occur if the cooling vents are blocked or the operating temperature exceeds specifications. After the situation is resolved, the laptop should return to normal operation.

I tried looking for instructions on how to turn it off, it seemed to work, but the message keeps popping up every day, thank you very much for your help and time
