I am trying to connect a turntable and mixer to my computer, but my audio settings show the Line In not connected.

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
It's been a LONG TIME since I did this myself, but from what I recall, I needed an inline signal amplifier to connect my turntable to the PC, as the signal produced from the turntable is too weak to be detected by the PC.
If you are using an inline amp, then you need to contact the manufacturer to see how to configure the PC to use it, and there is the possibility, unless this is a very new product, that it will not work in Windows 10.
