I returned it to HP for repairs in 12/10/2019. case 5041323563. CSO number BPDJ6418-01. They replaced the  system board  L03377-602.  It is again having the exact same problem and I need to have it returned again to be

repaired before the warranty expires.

Since the computer was recently repaired you can contact HP Support again for Service Options under warranty
