Hi all,

I have an issue with a HP Prodesk 400 G3. Everytime i power on the device, i get 2 major beeps(red led) followed by 2 minor beeps(white led).

What i found on the web:

Steps i've tryied:

-Reset ram and clean ram slot

-Test device with a working ram

-Disconnect all attached devices

-Reset cmos battery

-Attempt sure start recovery

After 4 hours searching for a solution, i couldn't find any solution for my issue.

Can anyone here please help me fix my issue.

The beep code indicates a corrupted BIOS -- and that is a firmware problem that you generally can not fix on your own.

You would need to take or send this PC into an HP repair facility to have the BIOS chip replaced.

For repair estimates, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
