I was trying to reset an erase everything off this laptop given to me an something happened in the process and now the laptop keeps trying to load but it will not anymore. It now says critical process died

I recommend you do a cloud restore. Please verify that your product ID is 8JF22UA#ABA
Go here an put in your product ID to download a tool that will restore your system to factor specs
