Product: hp 1040

I have a Laptop HP 1040 G6, I was working fine on the laptop, after sometime when I turned the laptop ON, Power light blinks and the Charging Light blinks, following which the Capslock Led turns on and the laptop gets closed even not starting, No fan On, Neither anything, I thought it is a problem for Bios. How to get into bios Mode Please Help.
