Hp 590-p0053w will not start

Example: Pavilion 590-p0053w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this at Walmart today and when I try to boot it up it does not do anything past the initial hp logo screen no errors or bios just black screen after logo also when I tried customer support they said warrantee was expired as of November 2019 I tried to take a photo of receipt and send proof but it was over 2mb and wouldn't send. Please help we can't afford to loose $700.00
