Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

It has only been a couple of days since I last used my computer. I tried to turn it on and guess what, nothing happens! Nothing can be heard inside the computer when I try to turn it on. I made sure the cable was plugged in correctly, but all I hear was the sound of the electricity. I tried using another cable, nothing happens.

This computer is a HP Pavilion 27-n010

The cable is a genuine HP product and labels 90W (The other is also from HP and labels 65W)

Is there any way this could possibly be fixed?

Do you get a light at the back of the unit? (near where power goes in) and/or do you get a light on the power brick?

No lights seem to be on at the back of the unit. There also is no light on the brick, so I wouldn’t be able to tell if it is working correctly or not. (There is no light indicator on the brick)

I see you are experiencing no power issues with the HP Pavilion All in one PC. It could be a hardware issue on the PC. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
