Hello I’m looking for help on what to do with my hp Pavilion 6530 I’m currently stuck on a blue screen it keeps saying unable to restart and it gives me options I don’t know what to do anything helps please and thank you.
It is good to know the specific PC we are looking at. You can ID your PC product number using instructions at this HP Support site (Link). Don't submit the serial number in this forum.
It would also be good to know what you see on your monitor. Upload a screen image.
