Product: Hp Elite 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

My Hp Elite will not turn on. When turned off and back on it will come up with the password I will put the password in it it says please try again.  I have tried numerous time and it won't let me reset it either.

 

Please help?

You need to enter password where? when the computer boots up? is it the Bios password?  or the Windows password after the OS loads up?

 

If its the BIOS password you dont remember....you need to open the case...and look for the password reset jumpers...there are many articles written on this subject!
