my laptop was working fine for months then i open it other day and it pops up a blue screen saying “Chose an option” either Troubleshoot (Reset your PC or see advanced options) or “Turn off PC” and I’ve tried every option, it won’t repair or re download system. Please help i know it’s not broke

That typically means that Windows boot loader or the OS has been corrupted. If you also tried the advanced options portion and none of them work either, one last effort is to make the install media for Windows and use that to try a repair.
If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Boot to this new media and pick Repair this PC.
If none of those options work either, then use that new media to do a repair install. See this
