Evening,

Hope someone can help had this laptop for over a year now and suddenly it will not now turn on

Light by the charger when plugged in stays orange

Only other light on is power light which blinks whether charger is in or not , the light flashes on for 5 seconds then flashes off for 3 seconds then back on this has been doing this contantly since.

Ive tried another laptop charger did not work

Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this please ? would be much appreciated.

Repairing a laptop computer is not something that an "amateur" should attempt.

Your statement implies that the HP Warranty has ended. Thus, HP will not fix your computer for "free".

I think that your best option is to Contact HP, and agree to pay them to fix your HP computer.
