Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I press the power button on my Desktop PC, nothing happens. No fans turn on, and no lights turn on. I've verified that the power cable and outlet are not the issue. I'm not sure what to do.

it won't be much help, but at the back of the tower, at the level of the power supply, there must be a light when plugged in, is it on?
