Product: Hp ProDesk 600 G1 TWR

Hello,

When I press the power button on my hp prodesk 600 G1 tower, it makes one short beep sound then tries to boot but fails, then it repeats the same short beep sound while failing to boot and enters in the this endless cycle of 1 short beep and trying to boot and failing. My keyboard lights are turned on the moment I press the power button but then they turn off.

It doesnt shut down on its own, it just keeps on trying to boot endlessly, could it be a cpu problem?
