Hp all in one 520 motherbord

Hp pavilion touchsmart. 520-1030
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
The power went out at my house & when it came back on my computer it started up but will not go past the blue screen with HP logo is their a way to fix this its an HP pavilion touchsmart. 520-1030

@Rick96, welcome to the forum.

 

You can try clearing the CMOS (prn. see-moss):

 

  caution:
Do not change any jumper setting while the computer is on. Damage to the motherboard can result.
This motherboard has a jumper to clear the CMOS.
  1. Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
  2. Move the jumper from pins 6-4 (default) to pins 4-2 for 5 to 10 secs, then move the jumper back to default.
  3. Plug the power cord and turn ON the computer.
  4. On the next startup, enter BIOS setup to re-enter user settings.

If this doesn't solve your problem, you should check the capacitors on the motherboard to see if they are bulging.  This would be caused if the power fried it.

When that screen appears, press the ESC key to "dismiss" that "splash" screen. Then, tell us what you see (white text over a black background?)
