251-a123wb Desktop tower

I recently got my Hp Desktop tower (251-a123wb , and windows 10 if it matters) for work and personal use. I woke up one day and turned it on to be stuck on a loop of the boot up screen; but diffrent then the ones online. It flashes the Hp logo with no other type of loading or anything for 4 seconds, then turns black for another 4 and loops into itself. I’ve reset it two times, I’ve checked the system components and it said everything was all on. I’ve even updated HP BIOS, yet it still does this. I’ve spent a couple hundred bucks on this, and I just want it to work. Any other ideas?

@Miggle1 -- I doubt that any BIOS changes would help. As many people on this discussion forum have reported, failed attempts to update the BIOS have "bricked" their computer's motherboard.

How recently?  Recently-enough that the HP Warranty is still valid, implying that HP will fix your computer, for free ?

Have you tried reinstalling Windows?

After a few failed "start-up" attempts, Windows 10 should have opened to a "recovery console", from where you can choose to reinstall Windows 10.  Has it done so?

On what have you spent  those "few hundred bucks" ?  I want to avoid offering suggestions that duplicate what you have already tried.

Hello
you said you bought it recently, but except for a model error what you bought is not new ...
this model was released in 2015!

So it might not be in such good condition.
turn it off completely
press the on button to turn it on and immediately press the f11 key several times, you have access to the menu

Performing a System Recovery (Windows 10)
