Product: Hp dc7800 covermini tower pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My problem is 4 time beeps hp desktop but never boot up ram changed then not boot up what problems help me plz

See the troubleshooting guide at the link below...Appendix A, pages 55 - 56 for how to troubleshoot the 4 beep code error.
