HP Recommended

Hp desktop says computer saving mode shuts off. Flashes red 5 times. I've checked everything unplugged etc... it won't start.  What should I do? Thanks

See the troubleshooting guide at the link below, Appendix A, page 58 for how to troubleshoot the 5 red power LED flash/beep code error.
