HP Recommended

After playing some games I needed to turn off my PC to wrap things  up I then press and holded the power button for a goon 5-15 seconds the screen went black came back it wasn't coming on unplugged it and plugged it back in 10 hours later still nothing I tried doing a power reset (this desktop pc is 5+ years old) I don't know what to do now
