Hp pavillion 15 gaming laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally pressed install on windows 11 and when it installed I simply pressed go back in my laptop from windows 11 to 10 in the process it first stuck in the recovering to previous version and looped for couple times and after that I manually restarted the laptop by removing all connected devices like external HDD mouse keyboard and ethernet cable.

After that my laptop stuck at hp logo and it restarted after every 2 or 3 sec showing the logo and looped.

try a repair install of windows 11. It will preserve your documents but you will need to re-install licensed software like office adobe, ,etc

https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/repair-windows-10

download here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once the USB boots up try a system restore.  if that does not work then do a re-install but preserve original documents

[edit]  Try the recover (restore) first.  if that does not work then the repair install.
