Product: Hp omen ax210nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. So last night my hp omen wouldn’t turn on. No power lights, no charger lights when it’s connected. This morning when I tried turning it on, the power lights and the charger lights come on when it’s connected but the caps lock lights keep blinking and the laptop doesn’t turn on. Sometimes when I try putting it on, the red backlights just flash and go off. Please any assistance would be appreciated. Have only had the laptop for almost a month. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. So what do you suggest I do? Because I have tried recovering with the BIOS and still nothing.
