Hp pavilion a1632x desktop

Microsoft Windows XP

I have a 2005 hp pavilion a1632x I'm trying to fix for my mother in law I've plugged it into the wall and before I can cut the power on all the lights around power button just continuously blink I've changed cmos battery and cleaned heat sink and fans but it wont start

@Tjblalock, welcome to the forum.

 

Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer.  It was released on September 5, 2006.  With a computer that old, it could be any one of the components that has failed.  My first suspect is the power supply unit (PSU).  There is no information on the PSU in the specifications.
