First my PC was working properly but one day when switched on my PC it was just stuck on hp logo screen and the loading circle is also not coming I tried to do all the checks but it passed all the test and pls let me know that it is hardware issue or software issue.

Hi,

Can you specify which prodesk 400 g4 you have (sff,mini,microtower...)

Do you have a regular hard drive in the machine (mechanical) or is there an SSD installed?

 

You have done a Hard Drive test in HP diagnostics at boot and it passed?

Turn on the PC and repeatedly keep hitting the ESC key until startup menu appears

Press F2 to enter diagnostics

Perform the fast system test or at least the Hard Drive test

 

You could also at startup go to Boot Menu and choose the Hard Drive where OS is installed.

 

Most likely it is a problem with the Hard Drive.
