Product: HP Compaq Elite 8300 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi my elite 8300 is suddenly not booting. I turn it on and there's a blank screen, then after about 30 seconds the PSU fan starts to run at full speed. If I then switch it off by holding the power but in it just switches off but if I pull the power cord from it it beeps once and a red light appears on the front. 

 

Anyone any idea what the problem is?
