Hi @SULLY523,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

When a laptop like the HP Spectre x360 won't power on, it could be due to various reasons. Here are some steps to try:

  1. Charging: Ensure that the laptop is connected to a power source and charging properly. Check the power adapter and the connection to the laptop to make sure they are functioning.

  2. Reset: Try performing a hard reset by disconnecting the laptop from the power supply, removing the battery (if it's removable), and holding down the power button for about 15-20 seconds. Then reconnect the battery (if possible) and power supply and try turning it on again.

  3. Check Indicators: Look for any indicator lights when you try to power it on. If there are any blinking lights or error codes,

  4. External Devices: Disconnect all external devices and peripherals (USB drives, external monitors, etc.) and try turning on the laptop again. Sometimes, a faulty external device can prevent the laptop from powering on.

  5. Hardware Issue: If none of the above steps work, it might indicate a hardware problem. This could be a faulty power button, a malfunctioning motherboard, or other internal components. In this case, it's advisable to contact HP Support or a qualified technician for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
