I accidentally disabled all my USB ports throw the BIOS

Unknown
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I disabled all my USB ports throw the bios and now I can't use the mouse and the keyboard to enter the bios again and enable the ports. What can I do.? Can I reset the bios(Without the OS)?
