1) What's the exact model name of the computer? Click here for steps on finding the information we need. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

2) Are you getting any error message? 

3) Have you tried connecting the headphones to a different device or maybe tried connecting another Bluetooth device to your computer? 

4) What's the name of the Bluetooth headphones?
