Product: HP Laptop - 14s-er0003tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not able to turn on my hp laptop. I tried to charge laptop by connecting to charger but it is not charging. There is no issue with the charger i tried connecting with some other hp laptops it is working.
