i have an Envy all in one. When it reboots it goes to keyboard language selection and then HP Recovery Manager. I would like to do a system recovery but the box is not clickable. I can click on Maintenance or Support or Precaution but not Sustem Recovery

Your model appears to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
You can use that tool using another windows PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
