I can not unlock the keyboard of the HP23 all-in-one, how to do?

I understand you are having issues with the keyboard not working on your HP All-in-one PC. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you tried to use a Wired keyboard and check if that works?

Have you tried to reinstall the drivers?

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 

What do you refer by cannot unlock the keyboard, could you please elaborate more on this issue as this will help me in further assisting you?

 

In the meantime, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP PCs - Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Troubleshooting
