Did this problem occur after a power failure?  After a Microsoft Upgrade?  After some software was installed?

Page 109 of the maintenance manual shows how to run diagnostics

Please run all the test including the disk test and report any problems especially with the disk drive.

I assume you have a mechanical hard drive but SSD drives also provide SMART diagnostics.

If the disk fails the SMART test then it needs to be replaced and window reinstalled.

I assume you upgraded from window 7 or 8 to 64bit windows 10 some time ago. If you are running 7 or 8 then you will need the CD or DVD media to do a repair.
