HP251-a120 Energy Star
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything I can think of and my computer will not boot up once it’s been turned on.  Monitor is working fine but mouse is not working, and it’s not wireless neither is the keyboard... can’t tell if the key board is or is not working.
