@rebecca15,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

This is a wonderful place to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I reviewed your post and understand that you are unable to login to the computer as you do not remember the password.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time you were able to login to the computer?
  • What is the Windows version you are using?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Meanwhile, I see that HP pavilion 20 all in one computer goes with Windows 8 operating system. Please let me know whether you have changed the operating system on your computer or the correct Windows version you are using so that I can assist you better.

Awaiting your reply!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Good day! Take care 🙂

Cheers!

Curious that "ord" is the Scandinavian word for "word". :Glasses:

See: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-and-Recovery/I-forgot-my-password-can-HP-hel...

for a previously-answered question about "forgot my password...".

Or, Google-search for "Nordahl offline password".
