Can't start my computer after reinstalling.
It keeps turning off and on saying it has downloaded 64%. But it has been like this for several hours and I don't understand why.
I have also tried to download windows via usb plug and it comes up with the message that "no signed device drivers were found" so I can't download.
What should I do?

Unzip and copy the file I attached to a USB flash drive.
Then plug the USB flash drive and your Windows installation flash drive in the PC.
Turn on the PC and boot from the Windows installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' and you get the error that 'We cannot find any drives,' click on the Load driver option, browse to the USB flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible storage controller driver.
Click Next, and hopefully Windows will install.
