@juan1104, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry you're having trouble with your HP PC. Here are a few steps you can try to regain access:
Check Caps Lock and Keyboard Layout: Ensure that Caps Lock is off and the keyboard layout matches your country/region.
Use Password Hint: If you set up a password hint, enter an incorrect password on the login screen to see the hint.
Reset Password via Safe Mode:
- Restart your computer and press F8 (or Shift + F8) during boot-up to enter Advanced Boot Options.
- Choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
- When the Command Prompt opens, type: net user [username] [newpassword] (replace [username] with your account name and [newpassword] with your new password) and press Enter.
Use Another Administrator Account: If there are other administrator accounts on the system, log in to one of them and reset the password for the locked account via Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Accounts.
Reset Your Microsoft Account Password: If you use a Microsoft account to sign in, go to account.live.com/password/reset on another device and follow the instructions to reset your password.
System Restore: If none of the above methods work, perform a system restore to a point where you remember the password. Restart the computer and press F11 to enter Recovery Mode. Navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore and select a restore point.
Reset Your PC: As a last resort, you can perform a system reset that will reinstall Windows. This will erase your files, so use it only if other methods fail. Restart the computer and press F11 to enter Recovery Mode. Go to Troubleshoot > Reset this PC, and follow the instructions
