See chapter 8 of the service manual for how to clear the P/W.

You need to find the password jumper and remove it.
If you had previously set the Stringent Security option in the BIOS which overrides the ability to clear the P/W by removing the jumper, you will need to purchase a new motherboard that doesn't have a P/W set.
