HP 22-inch All-in-One Desktop Computer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a All IN One pc (HP-22 All In One) and it turns on and off repeatedly with maybe a 3 second interval. It goes on for 3 seconds and off for 3 seconds.

After a while of going off and on my computer made 5 total beeps. 3 long deep beeps and 2 high pitch beeps. The beeping coordinated with the light at the bottom corner of the desktop.

I have tried doing the “turn on your computer and press esc repeatedly” method but my screen just froze and glitched out after like 3 minutes. A problem occurred earlier where the screen would turn on and off (the system is still running but the screen is just black) while frozen in one image of the Lock Screen.

Problems like this has occurred when starting up the computer. The screen where the HP logo shows and a loading symbol show just froze and made a green glitch over the screen. This has been happening for a few months now and the computer still hasn’t been working.

The first time this happened was right after I had got done playing on the desktop for maybe a few hours and the computer was pretty hot. I closed out off all applications and just turned it off. The next time I tried to turn it on the computer started turning off and on and then just started beeping.

@Dash_Dasher

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and you are getting beep sounds on startup.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
