Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cw1041au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have a HP Pavilion - 15-cw1041au. The issue with it is that when I switched it on, the screen remains blank and the caps lock light blinks two to three times then the PC goes off and comes on again and does the same thing in a loop. I thought this is a BIOS corrupt so I tried to create a BIOS recovery flash drive but the thing is the official HP support webiste doesn't have windows 11 for the HP model I have. I need the windows 11 BIOS drive or if someone has a better idea on how to fix this another way.
