Hi,

 

Chances are you have a hardware problem.

 

Can you identify a cadence to the startup error code.

 

This HP site (Link) lists common BIOS beep codes, the cause of the error, and mitigation.

 

Return or exchange the PC if possible or contact HP Support (Link).
