  • Envy desktop every time I shut down and restart I get 3 short blue flashes, followed by 3 longer blue flashes and beeps and nothing on screens. I've replaced cmos battery and switched memory slots, can't get it to boot. It's been a reoccurring problem but by keep pushing the start button and holding it down eventually it started to boot

Now it won't boot up at all no matter what.

  • Model number 750-427C
  • product x6f52aar#aba
  • Envy 750 DT PC
  • Upon trying to start I get 3 short beeps, 3 long beeps green light flashes for each beep. Then solid green light after I believe 5 sequential beep series it stays solid green light. Nothing shows on either monitors (I have dual screens)
  • I have put in a new cmos battery and swapped the memory cards(2 8gb each)
  • The screen is blank on startup.
  • It will not boot up now at all, previously I would have to press and repress start button a number of times for it to finally boot up. This seemed to happen after every shut down or windows upgrade
  • There were no hardware changes and only windows regular updates.
  • I've pulled memory and reseated them, still no boot up
  • I've tried hitting f. Buttons and esc but nothing works
