HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP -Probook 440G5 and my product id -3MB57PA#ACJ , i dont want to rebbot my hardware v, i just get the error again with a black screen to do the memoray hardware test , i just want my normal function back . I tried F9 and F10  keys also u sown arrows nothing works . How can  I solve this problem .
