I hear 3 long and 2 shirt beeps when I try to boot up and it just keeps repeating and does not start up.

Hello, it is appears to be maybe a problem with your memory, or with your BIOS:

Do you have make a BIOS update, or modify your memory?? The best option for beginning is remove your RAM, clean it and reinsert it module by module.
