When my computer turns on it says "we can't sign into your account. I lose everything every time the computer shuts down.

Hello
your account is certainly damaged
You need to create a new account.
Once this account is created, restart the computer, test!
If it's ok, you can try to find some documents, and recover them (put them back in the new account)
Once everything has been recovered and if no more problems, delete the damaged account!
