The product key is built in and can be found using specialized software IE: Magical Jelly Bean

Or you can use other ways to find it - as shown in this

Those all presume that Windows is still running.  If you are in the process of reinstalling Windows 10, then it will not be needed because when Windows connects to the internet, it will reactivate, assuming this PC had Windows 10 installed before.
